Hey!
I’ve journeyed through life a little before embarking on becoming a hypnotherapist – but at the heart of it all, I’ve always worked in caring supportive positions and I’ve taken all I’ve learnt along the way into this new journey. I’ve been interested in hypnotherapy most of my adult life, I’ve always been fascinated with the brain, how we work and how the world around us impacts us. After experiencing the power of hypnotherapy myself and the understanding it gave me of my own mind and thoughts, I embarked on training in solution focussed hypnotherapy with Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training.
Throughout my experience of being a social psychology graduate, former primary school teacher and General Manger for one of the fastest growing female networking organisations I have repeatedly seen the pressures we put ourselves under and the impact this has on our lives and the lives of those around us.
The brain is a powerful and amazing organ and I’m passionate about helping you to understand how you can take control of your thoughts and together with the power of hypnotherapy we can support you onto the path of the life you want to lead.
It’s incredibly important to me that the service I provide is the best possible, clinical supervision throughout my practice is a key part of that. I am accredited to the following national bodies, which mean I abide by their code of conduct and ethics: National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH). I regularly undertake supervision and continued provisional development.

I’m also mum of 2 kids, have 2 dogs and live with my super supportive husband in Leicestershire. I’ve created a wonderful calming space in a cabin in my garden and also offer remote session over Zoom.
