Vicky helped me with a phobia over a couple of sessions. She was extremely accommodating fitting it into a busy schedule, and adapted my second session to do remotely which was great. I found her very reassuring, as she took her time to explain the process, how our brain works, as well as busting some of the common myths about hypnotherapy. She also gave me a track to listen to which has become a regular in my routine to help me achieve the best outcomes. I really love Vicky’s calm manner and found the sessions very relaxing and enjoyable, and would definitely recommend her to others!
